• Courier: all orders are delivered via Latvian express mail. 
• Delivery area: deliveries are made to your home door anywhere in Latvia, as well as throughout Europe’s economic zone. 
• Delivery deadline: Orders are delivered within 10 days. Please note that deliveries may be slightly delayed during festive and discount periods. This factor is beyond our control. 
• Delivery costs: delivery of free orders in Latvia. The delivery price to other European countries is calculated when the order is placed. 

Return of goods: 

In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 207 of Latvia, the purchaser has the right to refuse the purchased goods and return them within 14 calendar days. 

• Return period: 14 days. 
• Return rules: the product must be unused and in its original packaging. 
• Shipping cost: the buyer covers shipping costs. 
• Money return: your money return process will begin as soon as we receive and verify the returned item.

How do I return the item?

• Packaging: Please make sure that the product is properly packed to avoid damage to the shipping process. 
• Tracking number: Please record the shipment tracking number. 
• Confirmation: Once the item has been received and verified, we will send a cash payment confirmation to the email address provided in your purchase.
